The average processing time is 1-3 days, however this may vary during the busy holiday season or when I am away at conventions or markets.

Shipping Estimations

Once you've received your confirmation email, your order should reach you within this time:

UK : 1 to 4 business days

EU : 2 to 11 business days

Everywhere else : 2 to 17 business days

Please keep in mind that these are estimated shipping times and may be affected by weather, strikes and the holiday season.

Tracking

Standard shipping does not include tracking. If you would like your order to be tracked, please select Tracked shipping when checking out.

Custom, Duties, Taxes

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customers responsibility. Please make sure to check your countries custom taxes and fees before placing an order.

Damages & Lost Orders

Please keep in mind that I am a small business and am unable to provide refunds for items lost or damaged in transit as I have no control over how the package is handled once it has been dispatched.

I recommend adding tracked shipping at checkout if you would like to track your order.

Refund Policy

Items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of receiving your order. The cost of returned delivery is the customers responsibility.

The refund will be issued once the items have arrived in safe condition. The delivery fees are not refundable, only the product items will be refunded.
